Bone Pony
The unique sound of Bonepony has often been referred to as
"heavy metal-bluegrass," but perhaps "mutant folk"
might be a more apt description. The band makes a lot of noise for
three players, mixing rustic instrumentation and roots music with
a hard rock sound and punk rock attitude. They've often been relegated
to the "jam band" ghetto with Phish, String Cheese Incident,
and similar bands, but the truth is that Bonepony has more in common
with the legacy of the Grateful Dead than those aforementioned artists.
There is a shared love of American music styles, from Appalachian
folk and old-time country to blues and bluegrass, for one thing. There
is also Bonepony's tendency to experiment musically, taking these
traditional musical forms out to the end of the creative gangplank
to see what can be accomplished without falling into the waters below.

Maggi, Pierce & E.J.
Maggi, Pierce And E.J. live in a time capsule - Three
pilots and a dog. They leave pieces of their hearts in lines of songs.
"Hugely eclectic folk-rockers, MPE built a strong grassroots
following through near-constant touring in the late '90s through today,
even though their records were entirely self-released. Ranging from
coffeehouse folk to rootsy rock & roll, country, jazz, pop, and
the geeky, herky-jerky wing of alternative rock, MPE tied its freewheeling
music together with smooth three-part harmonies and energetic concert
performances in which all three members switched instruments at a
dizzying pace."-all music guide
They share their music with fans in the U.S, U.K.
and Europe playing at colleges, festivals, listening rooms and clubs.
Their live show is fiery, spontaneous and unforgettable. Their music
can be gentle and then aggressive, soothing and then frenetic. Recently
they were quoted as one of the best unsigned bands in America (Miami
Herald). Pierce and E.J. were members of the Philly hip hop band,
The Goats.(Sony/Columbia).

Guta
Guta transcends most genres drawing from icons such
as the Beatles, Steely Dan, Bob Marley, and the Grateful Dead, producing
a groove and vibe of their own that does not allow you to sit still.
Teddy Sablon, a true prodigy, has his own unique vocal style as well
as incredible musicianship. Ted can hold his own on stage with any
musicians performing today! PJ Donahue has a thumping, swirling bass
style inspired by his idols Victor Wooten and Les Claypool. PJ lays
down a bass line that puts the incredible "groove" in groove
rock. Christian "Swine" Mara with his hard rock roots can
drive the rock, punch the funk or simply add tasty fills with an ever
present, steady meter. There are few bands touring today that can
rival Guta when it comes to musicianship, performance and overall
crowd appeal. The musicianship of this trio is only exceeded by Sablon's
prolific songwriting. A breath of fresh air in a cookie cutter musical
age!

Jason "Lefty" Williams and his band
Jason "Lefty" Williams
-Not just a great one-armed guitar player, a great guitar player
It's not his first time around the block. Born and raised in Atlanta,
Georgia, Lefty has been playing the guitar since he was old enough
to hold one. At age 6, he fashioned a pick to fit around his "nubb"
so he could play more easily. Lefty started performing locally during
high school and hasn't stopped since. He's been touring nationally
for many years, playing venues from The Roxy in Atlanta to The Orpheum
Theater in Flagstaff, Arizona.
As a self-taught musician, Lefty learned by listening. He started
by transcribing songs from his dad's vinyl collection, but quickly
moved on to more difficult material. While playing upright bass in
the school orchestra he learned how to read music, and in 1998 he
made his way to the Atlanta Institute of Music to hone his guitar
skills. After graduating with honors, Lefty was offered a teaching
position there, which he held until he could no longer juggle both
teaching and his demanding performance schedule.
Lefty is quickly gaining a reputation for his blues-based rock and
jazz-fusion stylings, influenced by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Albert
King, Aquarium Rescue Unit, Miles Davis, Stevie Ray Vaughn and early
Led Zeppelin. His musical virtuosity shines through on his debut solo
album, Big Plans. Produced by John Keane (R.E.M., Widespread Panic),
Lefty brings a dynamic range of music to the table, from high energy
get-up-and-dance songs like "Shine Begins to Fade" to soulful
tracks like "Big Plans" and "Sunny." Pulling it
all together is Lefty's innate sense of both groove and melody, coupled
with a guitar sound that so expressive you can feel it in your gut.
As a full-time guitarist, Lefty performs regionally and nationally
with his band and continues to electrify audiences, combining musical
virtuosity with a groove that just won't stop.

People
of the Earth
People of Earth was founded in early 2004, and quickly
developed into one of the premier jambands. The
western Pennsylvanian based quartet combines creative instrumentation
and genre-transcending arrangements and melodies with original and
thought provoking lyrics. POE is known for their powerful and hook
driven
songwriting combining elements of funk, jazz, disco, bluegrass, improvisation,
and up to four part vocal
harmonies

Cheryl
Ann Hawk
Graced with jazzy, percussive and dynamic acoustic guitar
skills, rhythmic lyrics full of life and alliteration that float over
intricate, catchy melodies, and a voice that saturates the senses
with pleasures that can awaken, mend and nurture the soul, Cherylann
Hawk “has you” the minute she opens her mouth, her eyes
and her heart. She is passionate and playful, sexy and sweet,
beautiful and bubbly, graceful and groovy. The music she makes
is a magical blend of the styles of her influences including pop rock,
jazz, folk, blues, Broadway, country and exotic rhythms. Her
shows attract an eclectic group of people of all ages and walks of
life… all devoted to the harmonious, honest and addicting sounds
of Cherylann Hawk.

Thred
We don't have a bio on here as of yet, and it's somewhat
of a debate amongst us. If it was on here, it might go something like
this.."Thred (Adam VanScoy - Bassmaster, Mitch Jones - Gitbox,
Chris "Cattfish" Webb - Keys, Adam Kreycar - Drumkit, Matt
Fight - other drums, & Brian Pickens - voicebox) is an original
band with all kinds of interesting influences and famous people that
we'd like to name-drop. Here's a few, Captain Lou Albano, Jenna Haze,
um.. Conan (O'Brien and the Barbarian) and we were all fathered and
mothered when a drug fueled James Brown got down with some toxic ooze
he found in the sewer and whammo! Thred. We've played all kinds of
awesome places where we blew peoples faces clean off, and oh, yeah,
did we mention that our music is original? We funked the hell out
of all our instruments, and now we're accapella. Come see us at the
Crab Shack attatched to the Exxon with the liquor store in Star City!
Woo!"...

Big
With Seed
Big With Seed is a band with soul. Hailing from
the streets of the Alle-Kiski Valley outside of Pittsburgh, PA the
band has spread its seed across the region over the past two years.
The group is a unique musical amalgam influenced by genres including

The
Transmitters
Not your typical American Regae Band. The Transmitters
have found a seriously overlooked niche by performing rare, side-B
roots Reggae. It reminds me when we lived in Jamaica. These dudes
really have the real sound of the islands. Mon, can't wait to hear
them live at the farm.

Continuum
CONTINUUM is a band attempting to push the boundaries
of music by creating something distinctive and unique. It is not the
painless way to go about creating music, but it makes it that much
more rewarding when people enjoy the sound created.
They're attempting to challenge the way people listen to music and
their notions about song structure and the way music "should"
sound. The band consists of five members that don't leave well enough
alone. They push and pull ideas onstage to make every song a collective
and exclusive piece of art unique to that moment.
With a backbone set in the past with blues and jazz and funk, but
a mind focused toward the future and the ever expanding electronic
influences which are opening new possibilities to improvisation, this
band is sure to impress and keep you coming back for more!!
We started out as a group of guys getting together on the weekend
drinking some beers and playing some music for fun. Eventually
our innocent jam sessions on a small beach on the eastern shore of
Maryland, snowballed into one of the eastern shore's most popular
bands.
We started spending our own money (a lot of it) in PA gear and all
kinds of electronic toys to enhance our live shows. Our Fan
base is growing rapidly which has given us high spirits and a new
found love for writting music. There is nothing but good things
in the future of this band and we hope that you will agree.

Seven
A two piece acoustic configuration, refining energy and positive vibrations
through music. SEVEN’s
purpose, no small task, is to use their passion and love for music
to turn on everyone who is searching
for something fresh and uplifting. Brian Gorby is a virtual melting
pot of musical influences, all lending
something to his complex and fluid playing style. His innovative percussion
playing and vocals are a true
testament to his spiritual love of music. Adam Snoderly, a uniquely
refined picker, exhibits the band’s already tight and melodic
style, contributing to SEVEN’s fully intensified sound. The
collaboration of the two artists equals SEVEN. Seven is regional touring
acoustic act who has shared the stage with many national acts including:
Hackensaw Boys, Del McCoury, Ekoostic Hookah, Drew Emmit Band, The
Recipe, Dark Star Orchestra, Donna Jean Godchaux, Boom Box, Poverty
Neck Hillbillies, John Cowan Band. Seven has multiple Festivals booked
for the 06’ season and is busy in the studio working on their
new record due out this Summer.

Erin
Sax Seymour
Sax Seymour started writing songs as a teenager to help
her through tough times, and then as a way to record the experiences
she witnessed while traveling the world as a documentary journalist.
Whether it was living in hiding in an Armenian monastery, following
Baptists speaking in tongues at the River Jordan, or documenting life
inside a Texas prison, she has seen some of life’s many twists
and turns. Through it all she understood that there really are just
a handful of stories and moods that every person comes across in a
lifetime, no matter their circumstance. Her music is the heart of
these stories. It is about the character, integrity, and flaws that
we all share as we alternately stumble and fly through though our
days.
Based in New York City, Sax Seymour’s Alt-Country style has
been labeled “Old Country mixed with no-nonsense acoustic soul”.
Her influences include traditional country artists such as Waylon
Jennings and Merle Haggard, as well contemporary players such as Van
Morrison and Bonnie Raitt. Winter 2006, her and her band are
in residency Saturday nights at Greenwich Village’s world renowned
Caffé Vivaldi.

Maria
Allison
Maria Allison is a new up and coming musician in the
Morgantown, WV area. Originally from St. Mary's County, MD. At age
23 she has independently recorded her first album, "Out Of The
Shadows", which should be out by January. She is currently preparing
for a second album, which is expected to be done by the end of summer
2006. Maria started her music career at the age of four when she started
singing. She started writing music at age eleven, then decided to
pick up the guitar at age thirteen and hasn't put it down since. She
has been preforming since four, but only within the past six years
has she been playing her music at events. Since moving to Morgantown
her music career has really taken flight. She started out playing
one open mic night there and by the end of the night she had booked
her first gig in town at The West Virginia Brewing Company in 2004.
Since then she has played numerous occasions there. She also has opened
up for some of the top local bands, like Thred. This summer she also
played at Neptunes, and Bowens Inn in Southern Maryland. Overall she
is a fresh face with a fresh sound. Ready to tell the world what she
thinks. Hoping to make life a little more bearable with good sounds!
